The three day retreat offers a great mix of yoga classes and free time allowing you to explore the charming Bellinzona Resort facilities and gardens enabling you to completely unwind & de-stress!
This retreat also invites you to relinquish your devices & only access them daily - simply enjoy the serenity of the resort and its facilities.
If you feel the need to venture further, various walks are at your doorstep - along the creek, into the hills, or even into Daylesford (5km one way). The famous Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is a 5 minute walk away (although there is a pool, spa, & sauna at Bellinzona Resort).
